About article:
In this paper, we define and study the property called Smítal property for the pair $(\mathcal M,\mathcal I)$, where $\mathcal M$ denotes a $\sigma $-algebra of subsets of real line and $\mathcal I\subset \mathcal M$ is a $\sigma $-ideal. It is a generalization of Smítal lemma. We give some examples of pairs $(\mathcal M,\mathcal I)$ having Smítal property and pairs which do not have this property.
