The task of geography at present lies m solving the problems of human society. Physical geography is engaged in this task above all in an integrated investigation of landscape environment and especially the properties of landscape for special purposes as potential, stability, carrying capacity and landscape productivity, which all are significant in planning land use. One of the ways how to solve the problem of landscape productivity is investigating the possibilities of revalorization and restoring utilization function to various devastated areas in the landscape lying out of the reproductional process. These areas, from the economic point of view, are denoted as landscape areas of inferior value and are usable mainly in recreation and tourism.
