About article:
Theorems on representing bimeasures, i.e., separately $σ$-additive complex functions on the Cartesian product of two algebras of sets, in terms of spectral measures and positive-definite bimeasures are applied to obtain a Carathéodory-Hahn type extension theorem for bimeasures and a decomposition theorem involving positive-definite kernels on Cartesian squares of locally compact abelian groups.
