About article:
The study contains information on basic orientation of the multitemporal analysis of remote sensing data and provides a survey of accessible data sets concerning the territory of Slovakia applicable also in the research of landscape changes (the oldest black and while aerial photographs of the territory of Slovakia were made in 1935). Three basic orientations of multitemporal analysis of remote sensing data allowing identification of the landscape objects are by means of comparison characterized as: image-image, image-map, and image-statistics.
