O príčinách prietrže dunajskej hrádze pri Kľúčovci

In June 1965, during the long-lasting flood on the Danube, the left-sided counterflood dam broke at Kľúčovec (Danube river-kilometre 1801) and all the lower part of the Great Schütt (Žitný ostrov) in an area of 55 000 ha was overflown. The cause of the dam breaking from the hydrotechnical point of view is explained by the author. For the final consequence, the dam-base of a small stability against filtration stress was the cause of breaking.
