Erózia pôd Šarišskej vrchoviny

By analysing the individual factors and conditions of soil erosion as well as by measuring the intensity of erosion processes in the area of the Šarišská Vrchovina Mts it has been stated that erosional water activity de-teriorated here above 80 per cent of agricultural soils. In the last years the washing intensity of fine earth on arable soils increased moderately. To prevent further soil deterioration as well to a successive improvement of them it is necessary to apply here a complex of soil-conservation interventions and erosion control in full extent.
