JUDr., Mgr. Marián Kropaj, PhD.
JUDr. Mgr. Marián Kropaj, PhD. is an independent researcher who has been working at the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Republic since 2013. He studied law and political science at the Trnava University in Trnava. He has a long-term focus on intellectual property law in its broad interdisciplinary context in his research activity. He published several monographs and scientific studies in this area at home and abroad. He worked in several APVV and VEGA projects. He gained rich teaching experience at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava and at the Faculty of Business of the University of Economics in Bratislava. He co-authored textbooks on the basics of law, intellectual property law, labor law, commercial law, international trade law and financial law.
