Mgr. Svetlana Žeňuchová Šašerina, PhD.

Mgr. Svetlana Žeňuchová Šašerina, PhD. (1987) is already classified as an Senior Research Fellow (IIa) in the academic environment. Her research focuses on the relationship between language and spiritual culture in the environment between the Slavic East and West, taking into account the Slovak-East Slavic linguistic and cultural contacts. She has gained experience with Cyrillic written monuments in her multi-year research on the spiritual culture between East and West, which resulted in the edition of two Uglian manuscripts in the international academic series Monumenta byzantino-slavica et latina Slovaciae (Vol. VI. and X.).
