Katarína Baračková graduated at the Faculty of Arts of the Comenius University in Bratislava, where she completed her master's degree in 2022. in the Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology study program. During her studies, she completed a study abroad at the University of Ljubljana. She is currently working as a doctoral student at the Institute of Ethnology and Social Anthropology of the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava in the study program Cultures and Religions of the World. As part of her dissertation research, she specializes in identifying the current approaches of selected social groups to local cultural heritage.
