Curriculum vitae

prof. JUDr. Mgr. Martina Gajdošová, PhD.

In 1994 she received her Magister (Mgr.) degree in archives-history at the Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava. In 1997 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava (Mgr.). Since 2000 she worked briefly as a law clerk. Since 2002 she has worked at the Faculty of Law of the Trnava University, at the Department of Theory of Law (later the Department of Theory of Law and Constitutional Law), where in 2003 she obtained the title of JUDr., in 2010 the title of PhD. (philosophiae doctor) in the theory of state and law and in 2016 the title of Associate Professor (docent) in the theory and history of state and law. Since 2020 she has been working at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, at the Department of Theory of Law and Philosophy of Law. She is interested in the theory of law, associations and freedom of association, interest self-government and the history of interest self-government of the legal profession.
