Mgr. Regina Šťastová

Mgr. Regina Šťastová (born 1998) is a graduate of the Comenius University of Law in Bratislava, where in 2021 she received the Mgr. title. In addition to being an internal doctoral student at the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences since the same year, she also teaches at the Comenius University in Bratislava Department of Business and Economic Law, where, in addition to teaching, she serves on the faculty's disciplinary committee. Scientifically, she focuses on debt collection and the position of creditors in commercial relationships. Among other things, she participates in conferences focused on the company law, and her most significant publication is a contribution to the Bratislava Legal Forum 2022 on selected duties of members of the statutory bodies of capital companies de lege derenda.
