Mgr. Žaneta Zsarnóczaiová, PhD.
Mgr. (M.A.) Žaneta Zsarnóczaiová, PhD. (b. 1993) is a graduate of the Department of Russian Studies at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, where she graduated in the Bachelor's program East Slavic Languages and Cultures, the Master's program Russian Language in Intercultural and Business Communication, and in 2020 completed her doctoral studies in the program Slavic Studies - Slavic Languages. She defended her dissertation entitled Biblisms in Word Associations, which was focused on associative research of the phraseological competences of speakers of the Ukrainian language. During her studies, she completed several semester stays in Ukraine. She has been working at the Jan Stanislav Institute of Slavistics SAS since November 2020. She focuses on comparative interdisciplinary research of East Slavic languages, primarily from the perspective of psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics and egolinguistics.
