BASICS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
This course will give students basic overview of intellectual property (IP) – types of IP, possibilities of IP protection and ways of IP commercialization. After this course, the students will be able to orient themselves in the basic principles of IP protection and know how to proceed when creating an industrial property object.
EVALUATION OF ONE´S IDEA OR TECHNOLOGY
The main aim of this course is to clarify the importance of evaluation of ideas and technologies as a part of the innovation process and to show participants how to carry out this evaluation. The aim is also to point out the possibilities of using patent information in the evaluation process, especially when examining the novelty of technology.

INTRODUCTION TO THE BUSINESS WORLD
This course will contribute to the deeper understanding of the basics of the business environment hence expanding not only the cognitive abilities and creativity point of view, but personal qualities and selfmanagement skills as well.
