The subject of the study are some theoretical and practical aspects of the division of Slovakia into geomorphological regions. The author analyzes on the one hand the problems of typological classification of the relief, on the other the regional division of the territory, and works out a scheme for the division of Slovakia into geomorphological regions, He supplements his scheme by a table and a map.
