Možnosti využitia multispektrálnych kozmických snímok pri výskume štruktúrno-tektonických pomerov v oblasti Slovenského stredohoria

The presented paper indicates the possibilities of using multispectral space photographs in investigating the tectonic structure of the West Carpathians. The study is concerned with obtaining aero-space Information (a short characteristic of remote sensing methods is given) with their Interpretation (from the viewpoint of comparing the results of optic Interpretation of multispectral photographs with geophysical measurements, the results of geological and geomorphological mapping) and with the use of the results of Interpretation on analysing basic volcanic structures of Middle Slovakian neovolcanics.
