About article:
The contribution deals with the regional analysis and prognosis of the development of economically underdeveloped districts in the South-Slovakian Basin. Proposals for an improved utilization are submitted within the prognosis and concern the positional, natural and socio-economic potentials of the territory, which could form conditions for the regeneration of both demographic and economic development of this territory.
