About article:
The author presents result of measurements of debris movements on debris slopes of the Outer Western (Flysh) Carpathians (Czechoslovakia), during the period 1967 – 1984. The test area is situated on the main ridge of the Javorníky Mts. near to the boundary between Czech and Slovak Socialist Republic. Blocks of sandstone are moving downslope with different speed, depending on weather conditions and extent of Man activity (e. g. forest clearing).
