Biscutella laevigata subsp. kerneri is very rare plant within Slovakia, which can be found only on the Borská nížina Lowland. Till now there were only two localities of its appearance close to the Rudava river. Author found one new locality NE from the town Malacky near gamekeeper's lodge Červený kríž
