The primeval forest in National Nature Reserve Dobročský prales was lichenologically unexplored up till now. During the research in August 2003, 62 mostly epiphytic species were recorded, 28 of which are more or less threatened. The most interesting records were Gyalecta ulmi, Thelotrema lepadinum, Lepraria elobata (second finding place in Slovakia) and Lecanora leuckertiana (new for the country)
