About article:
Given a regular plane condenser $(E,F)$, let $\alpha$ and $\beta$ be triangular point tables; $\alpha\in E$, $\beta\in F$. In the present paper, a criterium relating to the extremal distribution of the tables $\alpha$ and $\beta$ is proved. The results are provided in terms of generalized Padé approximant, associated with the point tables $\alpha$ and $\beta$.
