Annotation
We could consider the problem of climate change as one of the biggest environmental problems today. The analysis of their effect brings a high degree of uncertainty that must be take into account when seeking reasonable recommendations and conclusions to evaluate their negative effect on the components of the hydrological regime. In connection with the solution of the problem, it is necessary to know and analyse the relationship, dependence and changes between the basic quantitative hydrological characteristics, as well as their impact on selected and measured indicators of water quality in the stream. Such knowledge enables prevention and response to the crisis phenomenon and is one of the prerequisites for a quick and correct solution in eliminating its consequences. The aim of the work will be to provide a comprehensive analysis of these relationships, evaluate their possible changes and their impact on quantitative and qualitative river regime with regard to their security, vulnerability and extreme hydrological situations. Modern methods of the statistical analysis and hydrological models will be used for solution.
