Annotation
One way of entry of tau proteins into the cells during the propagation of tau pathology is their interaction with surface heparan sulphate proteoglycans (HSPG). The molecular basis of the interaction can be studied using structural biology, cell biology methods and using the computational methods of molecular dynamics and molecular docking.
