Annotation
Mitochondrial insufficiency are linked with cardiac pathologies, which are the result of dysregulation of different structural and functional proteins. The aim of the thesis will be to clarify the molecular-biological processes involved in the regulation of selected cardiospecific proteins and elucidate their role in mitochondrial diseases leading to heart failure.
