Introducing novel techniques for detecting tumor-specific DNA methylation in the plasma of patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Identifying prognostic and predictive molecular markers and validating their correlation between tumors and plasma. Exploring therapeutic targeting of selected markers using specific inhibitors in preclinical models of PDAC.
