Annotation
The aim of the dissertation will be to explore the possibilities of correcting unsubstantiated beliefs (with a focus on conspiracy and pseudoscientific beliefs) in the context of cognitive and social development among adolescents and young adults. Adolescence is characterized by self-discovery and confronting parental models, thus the dissertation will aim to examine the development of unsubstantiated beliefs in the context of family relationships and parental beliefs, as well as to identify factors that contribute to the updating of beliefs (on both sides).
