The dissertation will focus on how people at different stages of preparation and adaptation to retirement conceptualize their idea of retirement and the process of retirement transition. This will be a quantitative research, the project will examine how different retirement concepts relate to relevant retirement variables (e.g. pre-retirement anxiety, retirement expectations) and the quality of the retirement adaptation itself in people at different stages of retirement preparation
