Annotation
Monoclonal antibodies are indispensable components of adaptive immunity. Their recombinant forms are frequently used as biological therapeutics. Antibodies as biologics are active against degenerative processes, autoimmune diseases or viral infections. In the project we will use tools of structural biology and biophysics for structural characterization of immunocomplexes of antibodies targeting neurodegeneration and viral infection, recently developed in collaboration with our laboratory.
