Job performance in people workers may be influenced to some extent by their ability and preferred strategies of emotion regulation. The main aim of this study will be to identify domain-specific variations in the strategies
of regulating one's own emotions, as well as other people's emotions, in healthcare workers with different levels of resilience, through thematic analysis of semi-structured in-depth interviews. The work will be part of
the VEGA 2/0083/22 project "Strategies, resources and consequences of emotion regulation in the provision of health care". Proficiency in Slovak,English and an interest in qualitative data analysis is required.
