Annotation
An important aspect of current chemistry is adapting the properties of intelligent materials. The unique properties of polymers with pendant heteroaromatic units provide electrochemical, electronic, optoelectronic, catalytic, and biological properties with potential use as intelligent materials. Such materials are found in highly specialized subjects and everyday things. The aim of the dissertation is the synthesis and study of the physico-chemical and mechanical properties of polymer materials based on vinyl and acrylic substituted furan monomers obtained from biomass. The task will be to optimize the reaction conditions of photoATRP polymerizations (catalyst concentration, type of organic solvent, intensity, and wavelength of radiation) and to study the influence of the monomer on the resulting structure and properties of the polymers.
