Lucia Mýtna Kureková (PhD) works as a senior researcher at the Centre of Social and Psychological Sciences, Institute for Forecasting of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS). She has widely published in recognized international journals, including Migration Studies, Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, Employee Relations, Journal of European Public Policy, and Journal of Common Market Studies. Her research focuses on areas such as labour migration and labour market integration of immigrants in the EU; welfare and social inclusion; skills and technological change; and online labour market data. She has participated as lead researcher in several international collaborative research projects funded by the European Commission. In addition to academic work and doctoral student supervision, she regularly provides expertise to international organizations, including ILO, CEDEFOP, OECD, and the World Bank.
