Annotation
Historically, immobilization of enzymes was introduced for their repeated use in various industrial biotransformations. One alternative to enzyme immobilization "in vivo" is the physiological aggregation of the recombinant protein into active inclusion bodies. The dissertation will be focused on the biochemical characterization of the co-aggregation of enzymes required in the multienzyme synthesis of oligosaccharides.
