Annotation
It is known that nanomaterials prepared by mechanochemical methods exhibit a number of different physical and chemical properties, which are often significantly improved compared to the properties of their volumetric counterparts. The PhD thesis will focus on the mechanochemical synthesis of selected types of oxides with spinel and perovskite structures. At the same time, for comparison, these oxides will be prepared by several chemical routes (sol-gel, precipitation, calcination, etc.). The aim will be to prepare nanomaterials with possible applications for the energy industry (components of ion batteries, fuel cells, catalysts, etc.). The emphasis will be placed on understanding the relationships between the structure and functional properties of the prepared materials. These will be studied by standard diffraction, microscopic, spectroscopic and electrochemical methods.
