Annotation
The aim of the thesis is the application of advanced bioinformatics approaches in the analysis of high-throughput data from selected organisms. The work involves the application of a wide range of NGS methods, including single-cell sequencing, mainly in the fields of oncological research, microbiome studies, and metagenomic research.
