Annotation
The work should be an analysis of Catholic biblical terminology in the Camaldolese Bible and its function in the process of confessional and linguistic standardization. The aim should also be to identify and systematically describe key theological concepts, their lexical equivalents and terminological stability in the context of contemporary Catholic exegesis. The methodological framework includes a historical-terminological analysis, a comparison with other Catholic and non-Catholic translations and an assessment of the degree of terminological consistency. The work will contribute to clarifying the role of the Camaldolese Bible in the formation of Slovak Catholic biblical terminology and its influence on later religious texts. At the same time, it will provide a new perspective on the relationship between theological tradition, translation practice and the development of Slovak professional religious language.
