Annotation
The topic focuses on the development of heterostructures with a high aspect ratio, applicable to silicon photovoltaic cells, with the aim of absorbing photons from solar radiation with a wavelength of <400 nm and subsequently emitting them in the visible spectrum with a wavelength of >500 nm. By incorporating these heterostructures into a polymer matrix and subsequently applying them to a photovoltaic cell, it is expected that the applied layer will further increase the efficiency of the photovoltaic cell.
