| Annotation: | The presented project aims at two basic tasks. To comprehensively map the life and work of Adolf Záturecký. To
analyze his unique contribution in the field of legal terminology and the laying of the foundations for the cultivation of jurisprudence in Slovakia. Through the activities of A. Záturecký as a judge, we will point out the contemporary problems of the judiciary and the personal contribution of A. Záturecký, who contributed as a judge to the development of these institutions and especially to the creation and publication of jurisprudence. |
