Annotation
Job attitudes in people workers may be influenced to some extent by their ability and preferred strategies of emotion regulation. The aim of this study will be to evaluate the possibilities and significance of the different types of own emotion regulation strategies for own well-being and relationship to work in healthcare professionals through a combination of analysis of available longitudinal data and own experimental to evaluate the importance of different types of interventions for more effective regulation of emotions. The work will be part of the project VEGA
2/0083/22 "Strategies, resources and consequences of emotion regulation in the provision of health care". It requires knowledge of Slovak, English, personal maturity, communicativeness and the ability to analyse longitudinal and experimental data quantitatively.
