Organizing Committee of Kharkov Nano-Technology Assembly-2006 within the framework of
which will be held 7th International Conference “Vacuum Nanotechnologies and Equipment” (ICVTE-7), International Scientific and Practical Symposium “Nano-Structure Functional Coatings for Industry”(ISNFCI), 18th International Symposium “Thin Films for Optics and Nano-Electronics” (ISTFONE-18), International Seminar «Vacuum-arc Discharge: Physics, Technologies, Equipment”, (ISVA), and also 2th School of Young Scientists and Nano-Technologies, Nano-Structure Coatings and Films specialists, invites you to participate this work. These events will be carried out on October, 2-6, 2006 in Kharkov. Conferences and symposia dedicated to these subjects have 25-years history, became traditional and gather the wide circle of participants. An assembly will take place on the base of the National Science Center “Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology” (NSC "KIPT").

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
To Organizing Committee of Kharkov Nanotechnology Assembly 2006 till August, 15, 2006 must be submitted the following materials: it is the report (electronic version) with pointing out the name of principal reporter, designed in accordance with the given standard; permission for open publication from leader of organization is desired; are information about authors: (name, surname, patronymics, year of birth, name of organization, its location, graduate degree and rank, office addresses with indexes and telephones, fax, E-mail). It is registration form of participant (it is added on a separate sheet and is sent in the address of organizing Committee for pre-registration).
