ETH Zurich proudly hosts a prestigious program that provides funding for selected postdocs throughout the world for up to five years: The Branco Weiss Fellowship – Society in Science. It is with much pleasure that I would like to draw your attention to this truly unique fellowship, established with the generous donation of the late Branco Weiss.
The fellowship is international and interdisciplinary in nature. It is open to postdocs with outstanding qualifications who are pursuing unusual projects on the frontier between society and science. Fellows are free to choose their host institution among the top universities worldwide. Once a year in November a symposium is held at ETH Zurich to bring together all fellows.
I would very much appreciate, if you could draw attention to this opportunity. Attached you find a presentation slide announcing the current call for applications with a deadline of January 15, 2019.
