Conference Fractography of Advanced Ceramics III

The conference will be held September 7-10, 2008 in Stara Lesna, Slovak Republic.
The aim of the conference is to contribute to the improvement of mechanical and functional properties, reliability, and lifetime of structural, and functional and biomedical ceramics by means of focused discussions and exchange of the current status of knowledge in damage mechanisms and fracture processes in these materials.
Abstracts for contributed papers to all the subject areas of the conference are welcomed. The deadline for abstracts is March 15, 2008.
