Nanotech Northern Europe 2007 – Helsinki, March 27-29 2007

7. 11. 2006 | videné 1214-krát
Nanoforum’s Nordic and Baltic partner Spinverse Consulting organises Nanotech Northern Europe 2007.

The event is the largest nanotechnology congress and exhibition in Northern Europe, and takes place in Helsinki from March 27-29 2007. There are a number of ways in which Nanoforum members can get involved in the event:

Present - Call for Papers is now open
Nanotech Northern Europe 2007 offers many opportunities for oral and poster presentations, and we urge Nanoforum members to submit an abstract. We are particularly looking for innovative, application-focused work in the areas of Nanoelectronics and Nanophotonics solutions, Nanotechnology instruments and tools, Nanomaterials and particles, and Nanobiotechnology and diagnostics.

Brief abstracts can be submitted online until 30 November 2006. You can find full details about the Call for Papers at http://www.nanotech.net/call.html

Partner - Find partners for research projects
Nanotech Northern Europe 2007 offers a new program for Nanoforum members to find partners for future projects (e.g. EU FP7). You can reserve a poster stand to promote your on-going or future research projects for which you are looking for collaborators. The program is available free of charge to registered congress participants.
To be kept informed about our partnering program, join the event mailing list at http://www.nanotech.net/newsletter.htm

Exhibit - First Allocation of Stands Imminent
If you represent a company or research center, you should consider exhibiting at Nanotech Northern Europe 2007:

• Nanotech Northern Europe is the region’s largest nanotechnology event, and it is therefore a key venue to meet potential customers and partners.
• The exhibition is fully integrated with the congress, with joint networking events, and coffee and lunch served within the exhibition hall.
• The exhibition is co-located with ChemBio ’07, the largest chemistry and biotechnology trade fair in the Baltic Sea region. The previous ChemBio event attracted around 8000 exhibition visitors.

Nanoforum Workshop
A Nanoforum workshop, focusing on the commercialisation of nanotechnology, will also take place during Nanotech Northern Europe 2007. This will be an invitation only event, but there may be opportunities for Nanoforum to participate, and to comment on the results of the workshop.
