Central database of phytosociological samples (CDF) was established in 1997 and it is located on the Department of Geobotany, SAV, Bratislava (http://ibot.sav.sk/cdf/index.html). On 17, January 2007 the CDF contained 36 845 relevés, 26 894 are published and 9 951 are unpublished. The most relevés are from meadows (Molinio-Arrhenatheretea), broad-leaved deciduous forests (Querco-Fagetea), marsh grasslands (Phragmito-Magnocaricetea), dry grasslands (Festuco-Brometea) and low sedge-mosses communieties (Scheuchzerio-Caricetea fuscae).
