O článku:
When studying vascular plants on the main ridge of the Veľká Fatra Mts (central Slovakia) in 2006, we gained new knowledge on the distribution of some species. This was particularly the first record of Pyrola carpatica in the region, findings of new sites for some rare taxa (Festuca alpina subsp. alpina, Hieracium crassipedipilum, H. halleri, Omalotheca supina, Poa carpatica subsp. supramontana, Sorbus atrimontis), findings at the species´ distributional limits (Valeriana dioica) and otherwise interesting findings (Orchis ustulata). Habitats of these species populations suffer from abandoned grazing, spread of expansive grasses and weeds and ill-advised afforestations.
