In this article are shown the shifts of the economic nucleus of the studied area, the further relative decrease in importance of the old minig districts, that have arisen after the construction of the group of combined factories for the manufacture of aluminium. The author devotes his attention to the developing tendencies of the rising industries, to the change in the structure of the settlement of population, to the localizing factors of the aluminium factories, as also to the influence of industry on the change of the natural environment.
