In this article attention is drawn to the bioclimatic peculiarities as well as to the differences in the interior of the river basins, and between the individual basins by estimating the phenological conditions of elevated basins in Slovakia. For this purpose, we have used the phenological data of field, fruit and forest vegetation for the years of observation 1931 – 1960, leaving out the year 1945.
