The present paper characterizes the methods of researches and localisation of measurings as well as the role of contemporary morphogenetic processes from the point of view of their importance in remodelling of the relief of the Polish Flysh Carpathians. At the first place is mentioned the down-cutting erosion of rocks and rivers, then landslides of the slopes, further the soil erosion on cultivated slopes, mass-movements in the talus cones, dislocation caused by needle-ice, creeping of mantle-covers, rock dissolution, outwash of slopes covered with grass, mechanical weathering of bare sandstone walls.
