Prehľadná pôdnogeografická regionalizácia Slovenska

Explanation for a general soil-geographical regionalization of Slovakia is given by this article. The regionalization has been put down cartographically in the map enclosed to a scale of 1:1 000 000. The base of this regionalization is formed in substance by the soil-geographical laws explained in the works 17, 15, and 16. In consequence of these laws corresponding soil cover structures arise, the spatial distribution and hierarchy of which is to be taken by the soil-geographical division particularly. A close connection between the problems of soil-geographical regionalization and the question of soil-geographical laws and of soil cover structures is demonstrated in this way.
