In the article the author deals with some regime laws o£ the common underground waters of Slovakia. On researching the level fluctuation of the underground water in lowlands and basins, the substantiality of springs, the temperature and partly also on the chemical structure of the underground waters in the mountains of Slovakia an expressive vertical zonality in the common underground waters regime has been corroborated. There have been distinguished three height degrees, in the territory of Slovakia, namely a degree up to 450 – 600 m above sea level, further from 450 – 600 m up to 1000 – 1300 m a. s. L, and over 1000 –1300 m a, s. 1.
