O článku:
The study deals with the occurrence of thermal waters in the Danubian Lowland, which belongs to the system of inner-Carpathian basins. The thermal waters are bound on sand layers in the Pannonian series of strata and, as far, these waters are not exploited. Their existence is proved in the territory of Hungary, where they already are utilized and profited by the agriculture. These waters are slightly mineralized and their temperature depends on the geothermic degree of the geological environment. The occurrence of thermal waters is connected with several water-bearing horizons lying in the depths of 1700 - 2300 m. Ana- logically with the experiences from Hungary, one may expect here per bore yields of more than 20 l/s having, at the spillway, temperatures up to 80 °C.
