Horizontálna členitosť reliéfu Slovenska

The author presents in his study the map of the relief dissection of Slovakia in the scale 1:500 000. The map has been elaborated on the basis of square network (a – 2 km) in detailed maps of the scale 1:50 000. The density of the relief dissection is classified on the basis of the frequency curve into five degrees (1. 0,0-0,49 km/km2, 2. 0,50-1,25 km/km2, 3. 1,26-1,75 km/km2, 4. 1,76-2,50 km/km2, 5. > 2,5 km/km2). The study attempts to explicate the areal distribution of the relief dissection and its relation to the landscape.
